1 - Welcome Mail

We send a very detailed Welcome Mail after you make the bookings including info about Directions, How to reach, How to avoid Travel Scams at the airport and other very important details.

Please make sure you read the email carefully and follow instructions to avoid problems and have a great stay at the hostel, Delhi and India If with-in 12 hours of the booking you do not receive it then please write to us from the Contact us page.

2 - Check-in & Check-out

Check-in time 2:00 PM.
Early Check-in: Early check-in is only possible if there are beds/rooms available and after 10:00 AM on the date of Check-in. If you are arriving before 10:00 AM, then please book an extra night to get a bed OR you can chill in the common room/rooftop till check-in time.
Late check-in: Please let us know in advance for Check-in between 12:00 AM-8:00 AM.
Check-out time is 12 noon. If you do not check-out by this time you will be charged for the extra night.
After Check-out: If you wish to chill in the common areas up till 12 hours after check-out, you can do so for free. However if you wish to stay in the common areas beyond 12 hours after check-out OR use the showers in the dorms you have to pay Rs 350/person.
Arrival Info: If we do not receive your arrival information and you do not check-in by 10:00 PM/22:00 on the day of booking we will cancel the booking and use the bed/room as we like, so please MAKE SURE YOU EMAIL YOUR ARRIVAL DETAILS.
Documents: At Check-in we will need to make a copy of your Passport and Visa. If you are not able to provide a valid and legible copy of the same, we cannot check you in and we will be obliged to cancel the booking. For Indian guests we need any government photo ID proof, without the same you cannot check-in.
Front Desk: Front Desk is open from 09:00 till 22:00 hrs. Check-In’s are possible 24 hrs. If you arrive between 22:00-09:00 a Hindi speaking attendant at the reception will receive you and take your passports. We will check you in when the front desk opens at 09:00.

3 - Payments, Bookings & Rates

Payment is at Check-in: Please have the payment due ready at check-in. We prefer cash, INR, US$, Euro, GBP Aus$. Any increase or decrease in days will be adjusted at check-out or when you make the change.
We accept Credit and Debit cards with 3% transaction charge.
Any Payments/Deposits made on Hostelbookers, Hostelworld, Booking.com or any 3rd party website do not reach us and as such we cannot refund the same.
High Value Bookings: Any booking of more than Rs 5000 will require an advance payment of full cost of the first nights stay to confirm the booking. It will be fully refundable if canceled 7 days before check-in and non-refundable if cancelled with-in 7 days of check-in. We will send an email requesting the payment and if not received 7 days before the check-in date, booking will be cancelled without notice. If the booking is made with-in 7 days of check-in, advance payment has to be made asap.
Rates during Offers and Discounts will only apply to the original dates of the booking. Any extensions will be done on the rates decided by the hostel.
Hostel has the right to change the rates for the beds/rooms without prior notice. However confirmed bookings will not be changed or altered.

4 - Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
Cancellations or modifications with-in 7 days of arrival or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the first night will be charged. If it is long stay booking(more than 1 week) then at least half of the days cancelled will be charged.
Cancellations or decrease after check-in will be charged 100%.
Bookings made on Hostelworld.com, www.Booking.com or any other OTA have to be changed/cancelled on the OTA website. We cannot make any changes or cancellations from our end.

5 - Communications

We are very good with emails and reply quite promptly, so please write to us with all or any questions and we will get back to you asap. You are welcome if you want to call too. All info is available on our Contact us page.

6 - Not Allowed

Any kind of drugs or narcotics are STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
Bringing any kind of alcohol or booze into the hostel is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
No Bunk Hopping: In the dorm if you use any other bunk then the one you are allotted/choose at check-in you will have to pay for both beds.
Delhi NCR are not allowed to check in into the hostel. You need a valid out of Delhi NCR ID to check-in. If you are not able to provide the same, we will hold the right to cancel the booking. Children under the age of 18. Any kind of indecent or lecherous behavior with female guests or anyone else OR Drunken disorderly behaviour with anyone will not be tolerated. You will be instantly ejected from the hostel for the same. No Noise Zone after 22:00: Making noise and disturbing other guests in the dorms or common areas at any time of day, especially between 22:00-09:00 is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
